Cancellation Policy
At Xochi Cleaning Services, we understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. However, due to the nature of our business, last-minute cancellations can impact our operations and availability for other clients. To ensure fair treatment for all parties, please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation with 24 Hours' Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled service start time. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will be free of charge. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Service Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service start time will incur a fee of 70% of the total service cost. This fee helps cover the lost opportunity to book another client during that time.
